The following terms and conditions govern the usage of serenecentre.com.sg and its contents, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Website”). The Website is managed by Plaza Development Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Plaza”). All the terms, conditions, operating rules, policies (including Plaza’s Privacy Policy), and procedures contained herein may be amended prior to notice, and published from time to time on the Website by Plaza (collectively, the Agreement).

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing and/or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which may be updated from time to time at Plaza’s sole discretion. All changes made shall be posted on the Website, and your use of the Website after such changes have been made will constitute your agreement to the latest amendment of the Agreement. Trademarks

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website are properties of Lok Joo Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Lok Joo”) and their respective owners. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without the prior written consent from Plaza, Lok Joo and their respective owners.

Notwithstanding the above, permission is expressly granted by Plaza and Lok Joo to use the Contents if :-

• The Contents are used for informational, non-commercial and personal purposes only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, or, if the Contents have not been provided by a Contents partner of Plaza and Lok Joo, such Contents are used by a developer by way of developer application programming interfaces and shared, communicated and displayed on the developer’s websites and applications in whole or in part; and
• If the Contents are being used only for informational, non-commercial and personal purposes, no alteration, addition or modification of the Contents is made in any way and only one copy of the Contents is downloaded onto a single computer.

Use of the Contents for any other purpose is expressly prohibited without the written permission from Plaza, Lok Joo, and the respective copyright owners, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. All documentations made available for downloading from the Website are the copyrighted works of Plaza, Lok Joo and their suppliers. Documentation ownership is retained by the copyright owner and you need to have a license in order to use the documentation. The design and layout of the website are protected by intellectual property and other laws and shall not be copied in whole or in part. No logos, graphics, sounds, images or search engine from the websites may be copied or transmitted unless expressly permitted by Plaza and Lok Joo in writing.

Submission of Ideas

Plaza, Lok Joo and/or their employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, promotions, products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans, or product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Plaza and Lok Joo’s products, services, or marketing strategies may appear similar to ideas submitted to Plaza and Lok Joo. Please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Plaza and Lok Joo or anyone employed at Plaza and Lok Joo. In the event that you send us ideas or materials, please understand that Plaza and Lok Joo make no assurance that your ideas or materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.

Rules of Conduct

Your use of the Website is subject to all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations, and you agree not to violate such laws and regulations. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Website is a direct violation to criminal and civil laws. Plaza and Lok Joo reserve the right to seek compensation for damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Plaza controls the Website from its Singapore Headquarters. If you use the Website from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Plaza and Lok Joo make no representation that the products and services referenced herein are appropriate, or available worldwide and in fact, certain products and services may not be available in Singapore and/or worldwide.

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

Plaza and Lok Joo shall not be responsible if the information that is made available on this website is not accurate or complete. Any reliance upon the material on this website shall be at your own risk. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor any change to the material and information contained on this website.

If one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement were held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by any court of competent jurisdiction, then such holding will not impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
